You may cancel your registration with notification to Aurora Information Systems, Inc. no less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class with no penalties. If less than ten (10) business days notice of cancellation is given, you will forfeit the full amount of the course fee. Substitutions of students are allowed for the same class and date. For the same student to switch to another date it is required that notice of such a switch be given to Aurora Information Systems, Inc. no less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class. If less than ten (10) business days notice of cancellation is given, a $200 change fee will be charged. Payment of class fees are required no less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the event that Aurora Information Systems, Inc. must cancel or reschedule a class, students will be notified no less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class.  In the case of Aurora Information Systems, Inc. canceling a class, students will either be rescheduled in an upcoming class or will be given a full refund.

 
NOTE: Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility. In the unlikely event that Aurora Information Systems, Inc. must cancel a course, Aurora Information Systems, Inc. assumes no financial liability for any cancellation fees, including non-refundable airfare. Please take this into consideration when finalizing travel arrangements.
